• Facilitate job creation through entrepreneurial endeavours to cultivate long-term financial independence.
• Provide continuing education for current nurses and caregivers in rural regions.
• Educate individuals on the possibilities of healthcare as a career.
• Apply educational content using innovative blends of technologies and modalities including the content and information provided by collaborators and partners.
• Work hand in hand with other organizations supporting women’s empowerment and education on the ground via operational improvements, fundraising, project management and building awareness
• Honor the autonomy of local communities; encourage the development of individuals, families and communities through shared initiatives.
• Develop partnerships that help a broad spectrum of cultures and geographical locales to create sustainable growth within their communities.
